Gym, a slang form of Gymnasium is a place, typically a private club, providing a range of facilities designed to improve and maintain physical fitness and health. People visit gym and workout under specific instructions of the Gym instructor for various reasons such as to build the muscles, increase overall volume of the body, increase strength, better health and learn sportsmanship.We have professionals to guide, motivate, instruct and lead individuals in routine exercise programs.They also help beginners trainees exercise in various aspects of their health and fitness levels. The five classic components of fitness are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition,cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility, although there are other subsets like power, skill, and speed.Gym training is scheduled for twice a day, here, at Bull’s Club. The morning timing is from 6:00AM to 8:00AM and the evening from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. The training session is limited for 1 hour daily for a time period of one month.
